A SPECIAL class outside in nature, located at Rancho San Rafael Park very near Mountain Pose studio. Because of the soft grass, this is a great opportunity work on headstand or any other practice where you might fall over.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa classes offer a moving meditation featuring yogic breathing, while students work through a thoughtful series of yoga poses. Vinyasa classes are built to be a challenging yet accessible, physically taxing, yet also enlightening.
